Finance on the Web is a challenge that always requires new instruments and FMR Consulting is the leader in this field too, thanks to its interactive calculators. These instruments, placed on financial web sites, give advantages to the users and to the managers of the site that contains the calculators.

Our calculators use complex calculation algorithms and allow one to evaluate very complex financial instruments, but above all, they are very easy to use for inexperienced users too.

FMR Consulting has already created six kinds of financial calculators:

  • Forward exchange rate calculator: it is developed for corporate users who have to plan or simulate the use of forward exchange-rate contracts. It allows one to verify the advantage of these contracts.
  • Cowered Warrant Calculator: it applies to private investors who want to use these financial instruments. This tool allows one to calculate implicit volatility, “greeks”, and to make scenario analysis. It is necessary to easily operate with all profitable but risky instruments like the Covered Warrant.
  • Bond Calculator: it applies to bond investors and offers a series of financial scenario calculations and graphics that allows one to evaluate and to compare different securities.
  • FX Options Calculator: it is an exchange-rate options calculator. It supports Plain Vanilla options as well as exotic ones. The option value is obtained by using two different evaluation models. One is based on Black and Scholes’ formula and the other on binomial trees.
  • Mortgage Calculator: this instrument allows the user to know all the elements of a possible mortgage, such as instalment, duration, mortgage plan and so on, but allows one to calculate the benefit of renegotiating a mortgage and to complete scenario analysis too.
  • Cap and Floor Calculator the calculator applies to private and financial operators who are interested in using complex instruments such as cap, floor and zero-cost collar. The FMR calculator allows one to evaluate the present value of cap and floor and to show, for each expiration date, the payoff and to calculate the strike of a cap or floor that completes a zero cost collar.
